The rebrand marks an exciting new chapter for us, as we gear up for growth, expand our team, and strengthen our support for local employers. For clients, it means even more access to expert, down-to-earth HR advice that evolves with the changing world of work.

Our business was founded in 2008 and became known as Dawson Kaveney HR when Helen took over ownership in 2022. We're now rebranding to Dawson HR, reflecting our evolution and future direction.

Helen said, "I'm so excited about this next chapter. It's more than just a new name and updated look, it reflects how far we've come and where we're heading. It feels like the right moment to be taking that next step forward.

"The world of work has changed dramatically over the last few years. Businesses are facing significant changes as the Employment Rights Bill takes shape, whilst they navigate challenges around recruitment, retention, wellbeing and compliance.

"We're growing to meet that need, bringing on new team members and expanding our offer to support more organisations at a deeper level.

"Our new identity reflects where we're going. We're professional and clear, but still rooted in the personal, down-to-earth support our clients rely on. It's a fresh chapter and I'm really proud of how far we've come."

Helen is known for her calm, straight-talking approach, combining senior-level HR expertise with real-world empathy and emotional intelligence. As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, she brings clarity and confidence to clients who need honest advice.

The new brand identity was created in collaboration with local marketer Dan McAulay, who worked closely with Helen to evolve the look and feel of the business while honouring its existing reputation.
