Dawson HR has welcomed three new team members as the business continues to grow in both size and reach.

The new faces join at a time of exciting time for us, following our recent rebrand.

Zoe Heaven joins as an HR Consultant. With a Master's in International Human Resource Management and more than a decade of hands-on HR experience, Zoe brings a well-rounded approach. She has held senior roles in both the public and private sectors, including the NHS, primary care and food manufacturing. She is especially skilled in employee relations, policy development and equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

A passionate neurodiversity advocate, Zoe is committed to helping businesses become safer, fairer and more inclusive spaces for everyone, blending HR insight with lived experience.

She said, "I'm so delighted to be joining the Dawson HR team and work alongside Helen to support businesses with their people. Our approach is personal and pragmatic, and that's something that aligns with my values.

"I strongly believe HR should support a business, rather than restrict it. It's something that I'm passionate about delivering through my work, and I'm proud to be doing that as part of Dawson HR."

Zoe is already supporting a growing client base and will work alongside Helen on a range of HR matters, from day-to-day advice to complex employee relations and compliance issues.

In addition, Helen has enlisted the services of Nina Moore Virtual Assistant for administrative support, overseeing business operations and helping ensure every client interaction is smooth and efficient. With a background in executive support across Cumbria, Nina is playing a key role in strengthening the firm's internal systems and client experience.

Finally, the team is rounded off by Steve Lees, who will be managing business development and introducing Dawson HR's services to more business owners across Cumbria and the Borders. He'll also lead on promoting our new care packages: straightforward, cost-effective HR solutions designed to give small businesses the right foundations from day one.

Helen Dawson said, "I couldn't be happier to welcome Zoe, Nina and Steve to the team. Each of them brings something unique, and together they're helping us grow in a way that stays true to our values.

"The last few months have been a real turning point for Dawson HR. We've evolved the brand, shaped up new products and we're expanding into new areas. But the core of what we do remains the same, helping businesses get HR right, in a way that's clear, people-focussed and practical."
